After seven weeks of waiting for the delivery, we found holes in the cabinets, framing was off on some, screws missing, shelves missing, overall not very happy with compared to the cost and frustration. I fell I deserve a financial compensation due to all I have been through with this whole ordeal. The only thing I found ok was the door faces, other then that disappointment.

User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.

Received great customer service on researching and finding parts needed for a patio set over 10 years old

Have a patio set over 10 years old the feet that came with the set originally wore out want to replace with original product and got assistance from customer service I am finding comparable product that they still make that will work in my old patio set very impressed

User's recommendation: I buy from Hampton Bay and I use their customer service because I’ve never once had a bad experience great prices great product and fantastic customer service.

We bought 14 kitchen cabinets and five have problems and now we’re stuck trying to figure out what to do

Its not really fair that we had to haul all these cabinets to our house only to unpackaged them and have so many problems and now we have to haul them back to Home Depot and then haul new stuff back. Apparently whenever we buy stuff from Hampton Bay were gonna have to check it before we leave the store and thats a shame because the cabinets look nice but thats the only thing they have going for them

Bought 14 new kitchen cabinets and 5 are damaged

I dont think its right that I had to go buy all those pieces and now I have to take all of those pieces back for returns and then get the new pieces to bring home. I feel we should be compensated in someway because the spend that much money and have that many problems is unacceptable

Fan did not come with remote wall holder in the box. Called customer service. Had a great and pleasant conversation. They are sending a remote wall holder free of charge. Excellent service with just one simple call.
